Rental Contract
 

Only the undersigned person on the contract is allowed to drive the bike.  If the customer rents or gives out the bike to someone else who has not signed and been named on the contract, he/she is liable for all damages to the bike of injuries to self and people involved.

The customer is responsible for any breaking of traffic laws: wrong parking, fast driving etc.

Once the contract is made for rental of the bike no money is refunded should the customer change his/her mind, no money is refunded for petrol if it is not all used up.  The customer has to pay for his/her own petrol.

In case of a breakdown the responsibility of the company is to replace the bike or have it in working condition again without any refunding of money to the customer.

If the bike is misused example: Motor cross or riding on sandy surfaces near or in the sea, the customer will pay for all damages incurred as the insurance will not cover misusage.

Damage to the wheels will be paid by the customer (50 Euro for quads or 20 Euro for bikes).

If the customer drinks and drives he/she is liable for all damages to the bike as well as injuries to himself/herself and others involved.

If the customer leaves the key on the bike and the bike is stolen then the customer is liable and must pay the cost of the bike.

No insurance covers keys therefore if the key of a bike is lost or broken it is the customers responsibility to pay the amount of 150 Euro to replace the key and locks.

No insurance covers Helmets. If lost or broken the customer is liable to pay the amount of 50 Euros.

Conditions of Insurance

Third party insurance is compulsory. It is then the customers choice whether or not to purchase further insurance.  We offer:

Full insurance A: Excess 700 Euros

Full insurance B: Excess 300 Euros

Special full insurance C:  No Excess

All optional insurance is subject to the following conditions which if not followed will render all optional insurance void.

1. It is the responsibility of the customer to call the police (0030 2970 22222) immediately in the event of an accident, theft, fire or damage without moving the bike otherwise he/she will be liable for the cost.

2. the customer must ensure that he/she does not damage the bike in any instance not involving a third party e.g.. by driving into a wall or falling of his own accord as this is categorized as mis-usage which no optional insurance covers rendering the customer liable.

3. The customer must carry the contract at all time's.
